以单侧双排四通管为研究对象,应用有限元分析软件分析内压、平衡冲头速度和挤压冲头平均速度相同时,不同轴向加速度对单侧双排四通管内高压成形壁厚、支管高度和主管补料规律的影响.结果表明:随着挤压冲头加速度增大,最大壁厚和最小壁厚值变化较小,最大壁厚值变化略大于最小壁厚值变化;支管高度和主管端部轴向位移明显增加;挤压冲头加速度增大明显增加外侧主管补料,但是对内侧主管补料影响较小.这些规律为四通管加载路径的选择提供了参考.
以單側雙排四通管為研究對象,應用有限元分析軟件分析內壓、平衡遲頭速度和擠壓遲頭平均速度相同時,不同軸嚮加速度對單側雙排四通管內高壓成形壁厚、支管高度和主管補料規律的影響.結果錶明:隨著擠壓遲頭加速度增大,最大壁厚和最小壁厚值變化較小,最大壁厚值變化略大于最小壁厚值變化;支管高度和主管耑部軸嚮位移明顯增加;擠壓遲頭加速度增大明顯增加外側主管補料,但是對內側主管補料影響較小.這些規律為四通管加載路徑的選擇提供瞭參攷.

Unilateral four-way tube was considered as the research objective. Under the conditions of the same inner pressure, balance punch speed and extrusion punches average speed,finite element simulation method was utilized to simulate and analyze the influence of axial acceleration on tube thickness,branches height and tube feeding rule for unilateral four-way tube. The results show that with the increase of extrusion punch acceleration,maximum thickness values and minimum thickness values vary slightly,and the maximum thickness values vary higher than the minimum thickness values. At the same time,branch height and end axial displacement obviously increase. Feeding of outside tube between two branches increases large as extrusion punch acceleration increases,but extru-sion punch acceleration has little influence on inside tube between two branches. These rules supply references for choosing loading paths.
