针对青岛某轮胎模具生产企业的CAM需求,研究轮胎胎侧花纹平面刀位轨迹规划算法.复杂轮廓平面岛屿的加工,不论采用何种方式加工,都必须规定内、外允差;而平面刀位轨迹规划过程中,存在离散化(折线化)的过程,离散的点数和离散规则决定了加工质量,即是否满足允差.因此,针对不同的线型,提出了相应的折线化处理算法.

To meet CAM request of a tire mold manufacturing enterprises in Qingdao,the plane tool-path planning algorithms for tire sidewall patterns were studied. Regardless of which ways are used to process complex contour plane islands,it must be provided in-side and outside tolerances. In the process of plane tool-path planning,there exists discrete process and discrete points and discrete de-cision decide processing quality,namely whether the tolerance is met. Therefore according to different line,corresponding algorithms were put forward.
