针对曲肘式注塑机的合模机构在锁模状态下,模板变形会影响注塑制品质量的问题,将正交试验设计方法和有限元分析软件相结合,对合模机构的整体结构进行优化设计.利用有限元软件模拟正交试验,确定了影响模板变形的关键因素和非关键因素,建立了合模机构的优化设计的数学模型.经过优化后的合模机构无论是在减小模板的变形、提高模板间的平行度精度及降低最大等效应力上,还是在材料的节省上都取得了很好的效果,并且采用这种方法还可以明显减少有限元计算的次数、提高整个结构优化过程的效率.最后根据优化结果得到了更加合理的设计方案.
針對麯肘式註塑機的閤模機構在鎖模狀態下,模闆變形會影響註塑製品質量的問題,將正交試驗設計方法和有限元分析軟件相結閤,對閤模機構的整體結構進行優化設計.利用有限元軟件模擬正交試驗,確定瞭影響模闆變形的關鍵因素和非關鍵因素,建立瞭閤模機構的優化設計的數學模型.經過優化後的閤模機構無論是在減小模闆的變形、提高模闆間的平行度精度及降低最大等效應力上,還是在材料的節省上都取得瞭很好的效果,併且採用這種方法還可以明顯減少有限元計算的次數、提高整箇結構優化過程的效率.最後根據優化結果得到瞭更加閤理的設計方案.

The platen deformation influences the injection products quality when the clamping mechanism is in clamping state. To solve the problem,combining orthogonal design with FEA software,the whole structure of the clamping mechanism was systemati-cally optimized. Through the FEA simulation of orthogonal experiments,the key factors that affected the platen deformation were de-termined,and non-critical factors were discarded. So a simplified mathematics model for optimization was formulated and genetic algo-rithm was used to find the solution. The results show that the platen deformation can be reduced with a light-weight material design. And the simulation cycles are also minimized with the orthogonal design. Finally,a more reasonable structure design scheme was ob-tained for industrial purpose.
