采用电液比例控制技术对铅阴极步进输送机进行速度控制;建立步进输送机液压系统模型,采用MATLAB软件对系统进行仿真分析.为了保证步进输送机速度控制的准确性,根据仿真分析的结果对系统进行PID校正并使用试凑法最终得到了较为适合的PID参数.仿真结果表明:在惯性负载小范围变化情况下,系统的时域和频域指标较好,能够达到铅阴极步进输送机对速度控制的要求.
採用電液比例控製技術對鉛陰極步進輸送機進行速度控製;建立步進輸送機液壓繫統模型,採用MATLAB軟件對繫統進行倣真分析.為瞭保證步進輸送機速度控製的準確性,根據倣真分析的結果對繫統進行PID校正併使用試湊法最終得到瞭較為適閤的PID參數.倣真結果錶明:在慣性負載小範圍變化情況下,繫統的時域和頻域指標較好,能夠達到鉛陰極步進輸送機對速度控製的要求.

Electro-hydraulic proportional control technology was used for speed control of the lead cathode step conveyor. The model of the hydraulic system of lead cathode step conveyor was built. MATLAB software was used to simulate the performance of the electro-hydraulic proportional control system. In order to ensure the accuracy of step conveyor speed control,according to the simula-tion results,PID correction was made to correct the system and trial and error method was used to get suitable PID parameters. Simula-tion results show that in the case of small changes in inertia load,the system has better indicators in time domain and frequency do-main. It can reach the requirements of lead cathode step conveyer speed control.
