提出用换向阀控制开式液压系统的船舶小型舵机伺服系统,采用Bang-bang控制方法进行控制器设计.利用MATLAB的SimHydraulic物理仿真模块,建立了这一系统的仿真模型,通过闭环仿真调整得到控制器参数,并通过实验进行了验证.仿真和实验表明这一舵机伺服系统的性能满足要求.

A hydraulic servo control system driven by on-off valve was proposed. Bang-bang control was applied as the control strategy. The SimHydraulic simuliation module in MATLAB was used to simulate the hydraulic dynamics. Parameters of the Bang-bang controller were tuned via the simulations and then applied in the real tests. The experiments verify the performance of the hydrau-lic servo system meet requirement.
