在材料参数和冲压工艺参数一定的条件下,以国际会议NUMISHEET’93中U 形件成形为研究对象,利用Dy-naform进行模拟仿真,应用评价指标将模拟结果与会议给出的结果进行比较,验证模型可行;然后通过正交试验设计,建立板料冲压成形回弹的径向基函数代理模型,进行板料成形回弹预测,利用MATLAB对其优化获得优化解,从而验证了所提出方法的可行性.

@@@@Under the conditions that the stamping process parameters and material parameters were determined,taking the U-shaped piece forming in international conference NUMISHEET'93 as the study object,it was simulated by using Dynaform software, the simulation results were compared with the results given in conference to verify the model feasibility. Then through orthogonal exper-imental design,radial basis function agent model was established to make springback prediction of sheet metal forming. Using MAT-LAB,its optimal solution was obtained. So the feasibility of the proposed method is verified.
