针对振动筛启动过程中出现的动力配置不合理、过共振区时筛箱与横梁等关键件易受到共振破坏等问题,利用功率键合图法对振动筛的启动过程进行了数学建模和仿真分析,得到了液控振动筛启动过程中关键参数的实时变化情况,并得出了一些有益的结论,为解决振动筛启动过程中的问题提供参考.
針對振動篩啟動過程中齣現的動力配置不閤理、過共振區時篩箱與橫樑等關鍵件易受到共振破壞等問題,利用功率鍵閤圖法對振動篩的啟動過程進行瞭數學建模和倣真分析,得到瞭液控振動篩啟動過程中關鍵參數的實時變化情況,併得齣瞭一些有益的結論,為解決振動篩啟動過程中的問題提供參攷.

@@@@Aiming at the problems in the vibration screen starting process such as unreasonable dynamic configuration or screen box and beams’vibration damage in resonance region,the power bond graph method was used in mathematical modeling and simula-tion analysis on the starting process of vibration screen. Real-time changes of various parameters in starting process were gotten. Some significant conclusions are reached. It provides references for solving these problems.
