综述了多品种、小批量生产方式下的产品质量控制方法应用现状,指出在产品质量预测过程中应综合考虑影响产品质量若干因素,提出采用灰色理论GMC (1,n)模型构建产品质量预测模型,并通过对一批轴承的内圈内径大小进行实例验证,结果表明:该模型具有较高的预测精度和实用价值.

@@@@Based on reviewing the application present states of product quality control methods which were gotten through the multi-varieties and small-batch production,it was pointed out that the factors which would impact the product quality should be consid-ered compositively during product quality prediction process. Thus,grey theory GMC (1,n)model was proposed to build product quality prediction model. The inner circle diameter size of a batch bearing was checked by the model. The result indicates this model has high prediction accuracy and practical value.
