将无线传感器网络技术应用到机械设备故障监测系统中,介绍了无线传感器网络技术的特点,针对现有设备故障监测系统,设计了一种无线设备振动数据采集节点,提出节点设计的整体方案,重点介绍了传感器、核心处理器和通信芯片的选择以及相应的硬件电路设计,并给出了数据采集节点的软件设计.

@@@@Wireless sensor network technology was applied to the mechanical equipment failure monitoring system. The charac-teristics of the wireless sensor network technology were introduced. A kind of wireless equipment vibration data acquisition node was designed. The whole scheme for the node was put forward. The choices of the sensor,core processor and wireless communication chip were emphasized,as well as the corresponding hardware circuit design. The software design of the data acquisition node was given.
