为了分析商用车液压助力转向系统(HPS)主要参数对整车转向操纵性能的影响,建立了HPS机械子系统、液压子系统和整车三自由度转向动力学模型,基于MATLAB/ Simulink 建立HPS 系统及整车转向操纵性仿真模型.以装有GY80型液压助力转向器的商用车为例,仿真分析HPS系统供油量和扭杆刚度对方向盘阶跃输入工况的整车横摆角速度、侧向加速度、车身侧倾角和侧倾角速度的影响.结果表明:考虑车身侧倾角稳态值以及响应速率等因素,适度增大HPS系统供油量和扭杆刚度可以改善转向灵敏性,若过度增大供油量和扭杆刚度,则转向行驶稳定性及乘坐舒适性变差.
為瞭分析商用車液壓助力轉嚮繫統(HPS)主要參數對整車轉嚮操縱性能的影響,建立瞭HPS機械子繫統、液壓子繫統和整車三自由度轉嚮動力學模型,基于MATLAB/ Simulink 建立HPS 繫統及整車轉嚮操縱性倣真模型.以裝有GY80型液壓助力轉嚮器的商用車為例,倣真分析HPS繫統供油量和扭桿剛度對方嚮盤階躍輸入工況的整車橫襬角速度、側嚮加速度、車身側傾角和側傾角速度的影響.結果錶明:攷慮車身側傾角穩態值以及響應速率等因素,適度增大HPS繫統供油量和扭桿剛度可以改善轉嚮靈敏性,若過度增大供油量和扭桿剛度,則轉嚮行駛穩定性及乘坐舒適性變差.

@@@@Models of HPS mechanical subsystem,hydraulic subsystem and the 3 - DOF whole vehicle were established,in order to analyze the influence of main parameters of the commercial vehicle HPS on the steering handling performance. Taking the commer-cial vehicle equipped with GY80 ECHPS as example,the effects of oil supply of HPS and the torsion stiffness on the whole vehicle yaw velocity,lateral acceleration,body roll angle and roll angular velocity caused by the steering wheel step input were analyzed based on MATLAB/ Simulink. The simulation results indicate that steering sensitivity can be improved by taking the steady state value of body roll angle and response rate into account and increasing the oil supply of HPS and torsion stiffness properly. But when the oil supply of HPS and torsion stiffness are increased excessively,both the steering stability and ride comfort are degraded.
