Visualization research directions of the hydrodynamic bearing - rotor dynamics were also pointed out. Visualization software of the rotor system can instruct the designer to advance the running status of a bearing - rotor system,and make the designing process of the bear-ing - rotor system visualization,intelligence and routinization,which enhances design quality and efficiency of a hydrodynamic bearing- rotor system and mechanical products. Thereby it is highly practical.
