风电并网使原有电网供电结构发生变化.当电网发生短路故障时,在风电场的作用下,继电保护有可能出现拒动或误动的情况,对电力系统的安全稳定运行造成危害.针对此问题,对以正序电压极化的阻抗元件的动作方程进行数学推导,分析风电场支路电流对此种特性的阻抗元件的影响.在 PSCAD 中进行双馈异步风力发电机并网仿真,分析此种阻抗元件在风电场影响下的动作特性,证实风电场对速断距离保护和带时限的距离保护有影响,为保护的整定和选型提供理论依据.

Integration of wind power changes the structure of the original power grid. Relay protection may show a maloperation or miss trip under the impact of wind farm during power grid short-circuit fault, which harms the safe and stable operation of power system. Considering this situation, this paper analyzes the influence of current of wind farm branch upon impedance relay polarized by positive-sequence voltage according to mathematical derivation of the relay’s operation equation. It analyzes the behavior of the relay under the influence of wind farm through simulation of the integration of wind turbine driven doubly fed induction generator by PSCAD software. The results show that wind farm influences behavior of quick-break distance protection and distance protection with time limit, and provide theoretical basis for selection and setting of protection.
