为了保证智能变电站过程层网络工作的稳定性和可靠性,必须对网络流量进行管理.简述了智能变电站过程层网络的特点,介绍了常用组播报文流量管理方式,并比较了各种管理方式的差别,提出了静态组播管理是适合现阶段过程层网络应用的管理方式.同时,边缘端口输入流量限制可以防止网络风暴引起的灾难性故障.因此,采用静态组播管理和边缘端口输入流量限制相结合的方式对过程层网络流量进行管理,符合现阶段智能变电站发展水平和应用需求,并以现场应用实例证明了该结论的可行性和有效性.

To ensure the stability and reliability of the process level network in smart substation, the network flow must be managed. The characteristic of the smart substation process level network is presented, and kinds of multicast management modes are introduced. The differences among all modes are analyzed, and then it is put forward that static multicast management is the suitable way for process level network at present. In addition, the network storm which may cause catastrophic fault can be prevented by the port input rate limiting. So the combined use of static multicast management and port input rate limiting to manage the network flow conforms to the smart substation development level and the application requirements at present, and its feasibility and validity are proved using practical application instance.
