我国中低压配电网多为树形结构,分支多,进行精确的故障定位困难.针对配电网的树形结构,提出了一种多端行波故障定位方法.该方法中,每个配电变压器安装一个行波接收装置,利用 GPS 获取行波第一波头到达各配电变压器的时间信息,将这些时间信息传输到故障管理中心,选取时间最短的三个变压器首先确定故障区域,然后排除伪故障点进而确定故障位置.最后,采用 ATP 软件对该方法进行了仿真分析,分析结果表明了该方法的可行性.

Most of the medium-low voltage distribution networks are of tree structure with many branches, so it is very difficult to locate faults accurately. The method based on multi-terminal traveling wave is proposed. In the method, every transformer is equipped with the device which can identify traveling wave. When fault occurs, the message of time that the first head of traveling wave arrives at every transformation is sent to the management center of fault. In the management center, the three shortest moments are chosen to identify the area of fault, and then wrong fault location is excluded. Finally, the method is simulated by ATP software, which demonstrates its feasibility.
