总召唤是智能变电站实时控制系统中一个比较复杂的问题,不完善的策略设计直接影响监控系统过程层信息传输的可靠性.从总召唤的概念出发,讨论被控站总召唤的层次,进一步分析工程应用中常见的问题,提出了一种新的总召唤策略.该方案从总召唤的时机选择,业务触发,重发机制,召唤过程,会话管理及其调度等几个方面详细讨论总召唤完善过程,分析结果说明了提出的方案具有高可靠性和高效实时性.

General call (GC) is a complex issue of SCADA system, and incomplete design scheme directly affects the reliability of information transmission in the process layer of SCADA. The paper points out the definition of GC, and discusses the GC layers of controlled station, and analyzes the problems of GC in engineering projection. So, a novel GC strategy is proposed. Some key technologies, such as the choice for GC opportunity, service triggering, repeat request mechanism, GC process, session management and dispatch, are discussed in detail. The analysis results show that the strategy proposed by this paper has high efficiency, high reliability and real-time.
