对运行在最大风能捕获状态,风力机负载转矩采用转速离散惯性反馈控制的基于电磁耦合器调速的变速恒频风电机组的风力机转速特性进行理论分析和仿真计算.分析了单点扰动和持续扰动下风力机转速特性的稳定性,对单点扰动下惯性时间常数、扰动的大小、风速等对稳定性的影响,以及持续扰动下风速的频率和变化幅值对稳定性的影响进行了详细分析.提出了惯性时间常数的设计原则.

When the variable speed constant frequency wind turbine based on electromagnetic coupler speed control, whose load torque uses the speed discrete inertial feedback, works at the state of maximum power point tracking, the speed characteristics of wind turbine is analyzed theoretically and simulated. The stability of wind turbine speed characteristics in the situation of both small perturbations and persistent disturbances is analyzed. For small perturbations, the effects of inertia time constant, amplitude of perturbation, wind speed on the stability are studied. For persistent disturbances, the effects of the frequency and the amplitude of wind variation on the stability are analyzed. At last, the design principle of inertia time constant is proposed.
