微网在主网发生故障或检修时运行于离网模式下,此时处于孤立状态的微网必须要有自身的调频能力.提出了一种孤立微网的频率控制策略,提高了孤立微网的抗频率干扰能力.提出的控制策略针对各种微源对频率调节的不同特性和能力,将微网中调频微源分类处理,通过设置判定条件和参数决定各微源是否参与调频以及参与分量,使得孤立微网具有经济快速的调频策略.最后使用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件建立微网仿真模型,验证所提出调频策略的有效性.

The main grid is off-grid when fault occurs or being checked, and then the microgrid operating in islanded mode must have its own frequency regulation ability. A scheme of frequency control for microgrid operating in islanded mode is proposed, which enhances the anti frequency interference ability. The presented control method classifies the microsources considering their different characteristics, and decides whether the microsources participate in the frequency regulation that makes the islanded microgrid have an economic and fast control scheme of frequency. A model of microgrid is established under Matlab/Simulink environment, and the simulation results verify the validation and practicability of the proposed scheme of frequency regulation.
