为保证电网的安全可靠运行,调度运行人员需要及时掌握电网中的扰动情况.基于PMU信号的归一化峰度和滑动窗技术,提出一种电网扰动信号在线检测方法.对不同类型PMU信号的概率分布特性进行测试后得到结论:稳态信号、动态信号的归一化峰度大约为3,稳态和动态混合信号的归一化峰度远远大于3.依据滑动窗技术,实时更新滑动窗内PMU信号,在线计算滑动窗内标准化PMU信号的归一化峰度,与扰动阈值比较,判断是否存在扰动信号.通过对IEEE-39节点系统时域仿真信号和电网实测信号的分析,验证了该方法具有普遍适用、计算量小、准确有效等优点,具有较高的实际应用价值.

In order to guarantee the safe and reliable operation, the dispatchers and controllers should be aware of disturbance generated from power grid. A method for on-line detecting disturbance signal of power grid, based on normalization kurtosis from PMU signal and sliding window, is presented. The probability distribution characteristics of different PMU signals are analyzed, the test results show that when the normalization kurtosis of ambient or ringdown signal is approximately 3, but the normalization kurtosis of mixed-signal which contains the two kinds of signal is much bigger than 3. This method calculates the normalization kurtosis of the standardization PMU signal, which is updated real time by the sliding window, and compares the result with the disturbance threshold, then determines whether the ringdown signal exists in the sliding window or not. By means of analyzing simulation from IEEE-39 bus power system and measured signal of power grid, it is found that the method has characteristics of generality, less calculation, accuracy and availability, and possesses a relatively high practical value.
