以某桥式起重机为例,研究起重机的升级改造技术.将起重机的升级改造分成结构、机构、零部件、电气以及安全装置五大部分,采用校核计算法对电气部分进行了详细分析,首先基于最小安全系数法对钢丝绳进行了校核,再对主起升机构的电动机、制动器以及减速器进行了校核,结果表明电气部分满足升级的要求,为实际的改造提供了理论支持.

Modification and improvement of a crane was studied based on an overheadtype. It was divided into five parts, and they were structure, mechanism, parts, electric system and safety device respectively. Analytical calculation was adopted to analyze the electric system in detail. Firstly, the steel rope was verified by the minimum safe coefficient method, and then motor, braker and gear assembly of primary hoist were computed. The results indicated that the electric system could comply with the demands of improvement, which furnished a theory foundation to practical modification.
