采用交替三线性分解二阶校正法与高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器联用技术相结合,实现复杂水样中速灭威、西维因和异丙威的准确测定.色谱条件:C18柱(waters sunfire C18,150 mm ×4.6 mm ×5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(85:15),流速:0.8 mL/min,柱温:25℃,检测器:waters2998 PDA二极管阵列检测器,波长范围:210~330 nm.结果:预测样中速灭威、西维因和异丙威的平均回收率分别是100.1%、96.7%和96.1%.三种待测组分速灭威、西维因及异丙威的预测结果与实际结果基本一致.

채용교체삼선성분해이계교정법여고효액상색보-이겁관진렬검측기련용기술상결합,실현복잡수양중속멸위、서유인화이병위적준학측정.색보조건:C18주(waters sunfire C18,150 mm ×4.6 mm ×5μm),류동상:갑순-수(85:15),류속:0.8 mL/min,주온:25℃,검측기:waters2998 PDA이겁관진렬검측기,파장범위:210~330 nm.결과:예측양중속멸위、서유인화이병위적평균회수솔분별시100.1%、96.7%화96.1%.삼충대측조분속멸위、서유인급이병위적예측결과여실제결과기본일치.
Tsumacide, Carbaryl and Isoprocarb in water were accurately determined by alternating trilinear decomposition second-order calibration method combined with high performed liquid chromatography with diode array detection. Chromatographic conditions were set as C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm × 5μm), mobile phase of methanol-water(85:15), flow rate of 0.8mL/min, column temperature of 25℃, detector of waters2998 diode array detection, wavelength range of 210-330nm. The results showed that the average recoveries of Tsumacide, Carbaryl and Isoprocarb in predicted samples were 100.1%, 96.7%and 96.1%, respectively. The predicted results of Tsumacide, Carbaryl and Isoprocarb were much the same as true ones.
