针对多数电加热炉必须要现场操作的背景下,提出了远程可监控的电加热炉模型.在原有电加热炉基础上添加了嵌入式控制器,移植了嵌入式系统UC/OS-II和以太网协议栈l wip建立服务器的网络功能,使用模糊控制算法设计了温度控制器,最终实现了电加热炉的远程监测与控制.实验表明系统的运行正常,控制算法合理,达到了预期的效果.
針對多數電加熱爐必鬚要現場操作的揹景下,提齣瞭遠程可鑑控的電加熱爐模型.在原有電加熱爐基礎上添加瞭嵌入式控製器,移植瞭嵌入式繫統UC/OS-II和以太網協議棧l wip建立服務器的網絡功能,使用模糊控製算法設計瞭溫度控製器,最終實現瞭電加熱爐的遠程鑑測與控製.實驗錶明繫統的運行正常,控製算法閤理,達到瞭預期的效果.

Aiming at the most of electric furnace must be operated on-site, we proposed an electric furnace model can be remote monitored. We add embedded controller to electric furnace, transplanted embedded system UC/OS-II and ethernet protocol stack Lwip to establish the server’s network. Furthermore, we adopt fuzzy control algorithm to design a temperature controller. Finally we realize the electric furnace that can be remote monitored and control. The experiments show that the system runs normally, control algorithm is reasonable, system reach the desired effect.
