研究了胶东丘陵地区花生叶面喷施不同浓度的调环酸钙(prohexadione calcium)对花生(Arachis hy-pogaea L.)根系和叶片某些生理特性及产量的影响.结果表明,每公顷叶面喷施20 g的处理可明显提高花生根系活力、叶片叶绿素含量以及植株(根系和叶片)中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性、可溶性蛋白质(Pr)的含量,同时能降低丙二醛(MDA)的含量.其中叶面喷雾处理后1周,根系活力T2处理比对照提高4.76%,叶片中叶绿素含量T2处理比对照提高14.6%.处理后2周,T2处理根系中SOD含量比对照提高17.5%,MDA含量比对照减少26.1%;叶片中POD含量比对照提高23.6%,CAT含量比对照提高29.5%,差异都达到显著水平.另外,喷施一定浓度的调环酸钙有降低株高、植株干重、千克果数及增加荚果重和产量的作用,但对单株果数、出米率的影响不明显.

The effects of different concentrations of prohexadione calcium on the physiological characters of root and leaf of hilly-field peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) were studied, and the result indicated that the effect of concentration of 20 g·hm-2 was more efficient than the others, which could promptly improve the activity of root system and chlorophyll content in leaf, enhance the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) , catalase (CAT) and the content of soluble protein (Pro) in root and leaf of peanut, decrease the content of propyl-dialdehyde (MDA)of leaf and root. The application of concentration of T2 (20 g·hm-2) showed that the root ac-tivity increased 4.76%and the leaf chlorophyll content increased 14.6%one week after spraying. Compared with the control group, the SOD of roots increased by 17.5%, while the MDA decreased by 26.1%;the POD of leaf increased by 23.6%, while the CAT of leaf increased by 29.5%two weeks after spraying. They were all signifi-cantly different from controls. In addition, the prohexadione calcium could reduce the plant height, dry weight, pod number per kg and could also increase pod weight and the yield, but it had no effect on the pod per plant and ratio of seed to pod.
