为了提高安徽省羊肉生产水平和养羊经济效益,引入世界著名肉羊品种波尔山羊和萨能奶山羊,与本地安徽白山羊进行杂交改良,并对安徽白山羊及其二元杂交(波×安,萨×安)、三元杂交(波×萨×安)和级进杂交(波×波×安,波×波×波×安)的生长发育与繁殖性能进行测定.结果显示,0~12月龄羊的日增重,波安F3(118.3 g)、波萨安(107.8 g)、波安F2(110.2 g)、波安F1(102.5 g)、萨安(84.5 g)分别比安徽白山羊(60.4 g)提高95.9%、78.5%、82.5%、69.7%和39.9%;产羔率,安徽白山羊(236.0%)>波安F1(213.3%)>萨安(209.0%)>波萨安(204.2%)>波安F2(198.6%)>波安F3(189.8%);2月龄断奶羔羊成活率,波萨安(94.9%)>萨安(93.6%)>波安F2(93.1%)>波安F3(92.5%)>波安F1(92.3%)>安徽白山羊(90.7%).试验结果揭示了“波萨安”三元杂交的生产效能最高,其次为“波波安”二元级进杂交.

In order to improve the mutton production and sheep economic benefits of Anhui province, the world famous sheep breeds--Boer goats and Saanen dairy goats were introduced, which crossbred with local An-hui white goats. The growth and reproductive performance of Anhui white goats, two-way crossbreeding (B×A and S×A), three-way (B×S×A) and grading crossbreeding (B×B×A and B×B×B×A) were studied. Compared with Anhui white goats, the daily gain of B×AF3 (118.3 g), B×S×A (107.8 g), B×AF2 (110.2 g), B×AF1 (102.5 g), S×A (84.5 g) from 0 to 12 months increase by 95.9%, 78.5%, 82.5%, 69.7%and 39.9%, respectively;the lambing rate:Anhui white goats (236.0%) > B×AF1 (213.3%) > S×A (209.0%) > B×S×A (204.2%) > B×AF2 (198.6%) >B×AF3 (189.8%); the survival rate of 2-month-old weaned lambs: B×S×A (94.9%) > S×A (93.6%) > B×AF2 (93.1%)>B×AF3 (92.5%)>B×AF1 (92.3%)>Anhui white goats (90.7%). The test results reveal that B×S×A has the highest production efficiency, followed by B×AF2.
