目的探讨毛樱桃果肉总黄酮的最佳提取纯化条件,并验证所得产物的性质及活性.方法采取联合提取纯化法分离毛樱桃果肉总黄酮;采用红外光谱鉴定提取物的性质,并用小鼠足肿胀实验验证所得产物的生物学活性.结果联合提取纯化法所得产物得率较高,折合生药量平均达到0.833%,经红外光谱检测所得提取物与芦丁标准品有较高的一致性;小鼠足肿胀实验显示:所得产物抗炎活性显著,且呈剂量依赖性.结论联合提取纯化法具有较强的统一性,可使分离纯化更加协调有序地进行,节约时间,提高效率,该法所得毛樱桃果肉总黄酮具有较高的得率和纯度,产物品质和生物学活性良好,可推广利用.

@@@@Objective To explore the best condition to extract and purify total flavone in Prunus tomentosa thunb pulp( TFPTTP), and confirm the properties and activities of the extracted product .Method The combined extraction and purification method was used to extract TFPTTP ,infrared spectroscopy was applied to identify the nature of the extract,and the mouse paw swelling experiment was performed for verifying the biological activity of the extracted product.Results The combined extraction and purification method product yield was higher ,which was equivalent to 0.833% of the crude drug dosage;the infrared spectroscopy detection demonstrated that the spectrum of the extract was highly consistent with that of rutin ,one of standard substances;the paw swelling experiment showed that the product could produce a significantly anti-inflammatory activity and the activity was dose-dependent.Conclusion The combined extraction and purification method has strong unity ,it can make the separation and purification more smoothly and orderly ,save the time and improve the extraction and purification efficiency.The yield and purity of TFPTTP obtained with this method should be higher and it may show a good quality and biological activity,indicating that the method should be popularized and utilized .
