随着电弧炉在冶金行业的广泛应用,它在工作过程中产生了大量的谐波和间谐波注入公用电网,给电网供电和用户用电带来了严重的危害.目前使用的谐波测试仪器中,存在依据不同标准规定的谐波分析方法的情况.本文介绍了国标和IEC标准中两种谐波分析方法,结合实测电弧炉运行数据,分析两种谐波分析方法对冲击性负荷分析的差异性.最后,从满足工程应用的角度,给出了如何科学地采用两种标准的谐波分析结果.

With the electric arc furnaces widely used in the metallurgical industry, a large number of harmonics and inter-harmonics will inject into the utility grid in the course of their work. It poses a serious harm to the power grid and the users of electricity. The current harmonic test equipment in use is based on different standards for harmonic analysis. This article introduces two kinds of harmonic analysis in the GB and IEC standards and analyzes the differences between the two methods of harmonic analysis on the impact load with the measured electric arc furnace operation data. Then from the point of view to meet engineering applications, the article points out that how to scientifically use the result of harmonic analysis in two standards.
