目的探讨宫颈环形电切除术联合α-干扰素治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效.方法2010年4月~2012年4月期间收集中、重度宫颈糜烂门诊患者400例,按随机数字表法分为宫颈环形电切除术联合α-干扰素治疗组(研究组,共200例)和单纯宫颈环形电切除术治疗组(对照组,共200例).治疗后12周为评价疗效时间终点.结果研究组治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂有效率[98.44%(126/128)和94.44%(68/72)]均分别高于对照组[97.01%(130/134)和89.39%(59/66)],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组中、重度宫颈糜烂治愈率[81.25%(104/128)和76.39%(55/72)]均分别高于对照组[68.66%(92/134)和56.06%(37/66)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论宫颈环形电切除术联合α-干扰素治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂具有临床效果显著、操作简便等优点,具有临床推广应用价值.

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) combined with α-Interferon on treating cervical erosion. Methods 400 out-patient department patients with diagnosis of cervical erosion were randomly divided into 2 groups, the LEEP combined with α-Interferon group and LEEP group, and the clinical effectiveness of two methods were compared retrospectively in 12 weeks post-operatively. Results The effective rate of LEEP combined with α-Interferon group [98.44% (126/128), 94.44% (68/72)] were higher than that of LEEP group [97.01%(130/134), 89.39%(59/66)], respectively. There was no statistical difference in effective rate between two groups (P>0.05). The cure rate of LEEP combined with α-Interferon group[81.25%(104/128), 76.39%(55/72)] were higher than that of LEEP group[68.66%(92/134), 56.06%(37/66)], respectively. There were significant difference in cure rate between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The method of LEEP combined with α-Interferon is simple, rapid and effective in treatment of cervical erosion.
