目的探讨游离氨基酸配方粉(AAF)对婴儿湿疹的临床防治及牛奶蛋白过敏(CMA)婴儿的生长发育的影响.方法选择2012年5月~2013年2月儿童保健中心就诊的患湿疹的年龄2~6月龄人工喂养儿70例随机分为普通婴儿配方组(CMF)48例和游离氨基酸配方组(AAF)22例,回避奶、大豆制品,6月龄内不添加辅食.对两组婴儿干预第2周,4周,12周进行访视,体重监测,睡眠时间调查及外周血检测.结果 AAF组2周18例湿疹明显缓解.4周20例湿疹完全缓解,睡眠时间平均提高1.5 h/d,体重平均增长0.8 kg/4周.12周19例湿疹无复发,睡眠时间平均16.3 h/d,体重平均增重0.76 kg/4周,外周血嗜酸性细胞<5%21例.结论 AAF可以持续缓解婴儿湿疹,支持CMA婴儿的生长发育.湿疹婴儿建议使用游离氨基酸配方粉.

Objective To investigate the free amino acid formula powder (AAF) on infantile eczema clinical prevention and milk protein allergy (CMA) of infant growth and development impact. Methods From May 2012 to February 2013 the child care center treatment of eczema age 2~6 months of artificial feeding. 70 cases were randomly divided into normal infant group (CMF) in 48 cases and free amino acid formula group (AAF) in 22 cases, avoid milk, soy products, in June Toseuchi Fukasuke food. On two groups of infants intervention for second weeks, 4 weeks, 12 weeks visiting, body weight monitoring, sleep time survey and peripheral blood. Results In AAF group, 18 cases of eczema relieved 2 weeks. 4 weeks, 20 cases of eczema in complete remission, sleep time increased an average of 1.5 hours/day, weight average growth of 0.8 kg /4 week. 12 weeks without recurrence in 19 cases of eczema, sleep an average of 16.3 hours / day, average weight gain of 0.76 kg /4 weeks, peripheral blood eosinophils <5%21 cases. Conclusion AAF can continue to ease the baby eczema, support CMA of infant growth and development. Eczema baby recommend the use of free amino acid formula powder.
