@@@@Based on optimizing the choice of disassembly process route, the reasonably disassembly process route of the air-conditioner, which provided an important disassemble gist, was got in this paper. Firstly, when it was optimized the disassembly process route, the graph theory approach was applied to obtain a number of disassembly process routes under different indicators to conclude weight of the routes. Secondly, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) was used to analyze these routes with comprehensive indicators and the reasonably disassembly process route was optimized by the values of comprehensive indicator. The air-conditioner assembly was used to optimize the disassembly process route, which to analyze the route through the three aspects of economy, environmental resistance and resource recycling index. When the most complicated situation in the process routes, it is well resolved by the optimization of disassembly process route which have significant meaning to the disassembly industrialization.
