探讨了营业厅智能用电互动体验系统的关键技术、系统架构、互动模型、体验量化评估方法、系统可持续发展策略,获得了互动体验系统技术架构、系统功能、标准规范等多项研究成果.基于上述研究成果研发的互动体验系统在苏州市劳动路营业厅得到了成功应用.该系统的建设和推广,对于落实国家节能减排指标和电网削峰填谷目标具有重要意义.

This thesis studied the technologies of the interac?tive experience power system, the interactive model, experience quantitative assessment approach,the system structure and the sus?tainable development strategy etc., and got various valuable results in the above mentioned study area. Based on the research result, the intelligent power utilization interactive experience system was developed and applied successfully in the Power business hall of SuZhou Laodong Road. It has Important significance to Energy sav?ing and emission reduction targets and power peak load shifting by the above System promotion.
