@@@@is paper elaborated lubrication components and characteristics of the lubricant requirements of wind turbine. It also analyzed the significance of oil monitoring and management system in the new oil selection, the use of oil changing period and fault diagnosis. Combined with the actual gear box lubricant testing cases, this paper showed that the oil monitoring technique played an important role in the operation and maintenance of wind farms.
