为了去除体系优化评分的人为因素干扰,尝试用Photoshop软件代替人工评分.实验采用L16(45)正交表进行4因素4水平实验,得出电泳结果,用Photoshop软件对16个处理进行评分,得出在月季SSR 10μL反应体系中最适浓度为Taq酶0.75 U,DNTP 0.3 mmol/L,Mg2+1.0 mmol/L,引物0.6μmol/L.最后21个月季品种进行验证试验,证明该体系配比合理,说明Photoshop评分是一种有效的评分方法,可以应用于体系优化评分.

@@@@For excluding the interference of human factors in optimization of SSR system, we attempted to use Photoshop instead of artificial score. The experiment was conducted four factors and four levels, then using Photoshop to analysis the 16 treatments. The results showed that rTaq DNA polymerase 0.75 U, dNTP 0.3 mmol/L,Mg2+ 1.0 mmol/L, primer 0.6 μmol/L is the optimal concentration of rose SSR reaction system. At last 21 Rose varieties were chose to verification the test, to prove that the system is in a reasonable ratio, so that Photoshop is an effective scoring method can be applied to system optimization score.
