针对农用车车架自由模态的研究,利用Hypermesh软件功能强大的几何清理和网格划分功能,以及ANSYS软件的有限元分析功能,综合运用它们的优点对农用车车架进行模态分析,获得车架的前10阶固有频率和振型.通过分析讨论车架与路面、发动机等主要激励源的频率耦合关系,验证了车架与外部激励源发生共振的可能性,为车架的结构优化提供了理论依据.

@@@@In Order to study the free model of the Agricultural Vehicle Frame,powerful Geometry clean-up and meshing function of Hypermesh software and finite element analysis function of ANSYS were used. By taking advantage of their merits and analyzing the models of the Agricultural?Vehicle?Frame, its 10-order natural fre-quencies and vibration mode were obtained.
