在水灰比0.45和0.5的水泥浆中添加水泥用量10%的膨润土制成水泥-膨润土浆,对纯水泥浆和水泥-膨润土浆结石的抗压强度与抗剪强度进行对比,发现添加水泥用量10%的膨润土有助于浆材结石早期抗压强度的更快提升并少量提高浆液结石抗压强度,抗剪强度小幅下降,分析机理,并认为其能满足工程建设需要.添加膨润土后使得灌浆过程中消耗的水泥量大幅减少,灌浆成本降低,提高了经济效益.

@@@@Added bentonite which contains 10% cemment into the cement whose ratio of water and cement is 0.45and 0.5 to make a kind of new cement called cement_bentonite slurry.Make contrast to the compresive strength and the shear strength between the pure water slurry and the cement_bentonit,We will find that the additional bentonite consisting of 10% cement can help to improve the compressive strength of the early ston-ing of the cement and slightlly improve the compressive strength of the whole process and the shear strength falling slightly;Analysis of the mechanism shows it can still satiesfy the need of the engineering construction. Due to the addition of bentonite make the consumption of the cement in the process of the grouting fall great-ly,it has also made the cost of the grouting and improve the benefit of the economy.
