焙烤食品加工技术课程是一门实践要求较高的专业课程,教学做合一的教学模式非常适应这一课程.通过教学项目的选定、教学方法的引入、训练方法和考核模式的改革,可以有效的将教学做合一的教学模式和焙烤食品这门课程的教学结合,另外教学做不是学生单方面的改变,教师操作能力水平的提高也是实现教学做合一的重要条件.
