藏区学前教育特殊而突出的问题之一是汉藏双语教育严重缺失.对此,藏区应实施“沉浸式”的汉藏双语教育.而双语师资队伍的建设情况是决定双语教育质量的关键因素,因此,要采取适应藏区实际的措施来加强学前双语师资队伍建设,以加快推动藏区学前教育事业的发展.

One of special and prominent problem of the preschool education in Tibetan areas is the lack of Chinese-Tibetan bilingual education. In this regard, the bilingual education in Tibetan areas should implement the "immersive". While the construction of bilingual teachers is the key factor in the decision of bilingual education quality, therefore, take practical measures to strengthen the adaptation of Tibetan preschool bilingual teachers team construction, to accelerate the development of preschool education in Tibetan areas.
