农民专业合作社可持续发展面临的约束因素主要有:内部治理机制不健全、管理人员队伍素质不高、社(成)员合作意识不强、政策法规体系不完善、管理部门职责不明确、政府扶持力度小等,严重制约了合作社的发展.基于奥斯特罗姆自主治理理论提出了化解农民专业合作社可持续发展约束的策略.

The major restraints for the sustainable development of specialized farmers cooperatives mainly lie in the following aspects:the defective internal management system,the lack of quality management team,absence of team spirits between members,imperfect policies and regulation system,ambiguity of responsibilities for the management departments and insufficient supports from the government,which have severely hindered the development of these cooperatives.Based on the self-governance theory proposed by Ostrom,this thesis puts forward some measures for removing these restraints that impede the sustainable development of Specialized Farmers Cooperatives.
