With the advancement of technology,the rapid development of internet technology and network information technology,its influ-ence has penetrated into all aspects of social life,and the application of network technology also injected new vigor into the comprehensive break-through of the limitations of traditional forms of democracy,It also has an indispensable role and far-reaching impact on the democ-racy-building.However,due to network democracy in China is still in the early stages of development,there must be some problems.There-fore,this article will explore the perfection strategy of the development of our network democracy by the definition of the network democracy and study of the development status and existed problems.
