为提高火焰切割机加工过程的稳定性,提出了一种新型火焰切割机实验平台电气控制的设计方法.分析了实验平台电气控制的总体架构,构建了火焰切割机实验平台电气控制系统.进行了火焰切割机实验平台加工实验.实验结果表明设计的控制电路可以很好地控制火焰切割机的机械系统,并且运行稳定.

In order to improve the machining process stability of flame cutting machine , an electrical con-trol designing method of flame cutting machine experiment platform was put forward .The general architecture was analyzed.The electrical control cabinet of flame cutting machine experiment platform was constructed and the e -lectrical control system was designed .The processing experiment was done .The experimental results show that the designed circuit can well control the machine and stable .
