根据收割机脱粒滚筒的控制特点,提出了实现脱粒滚筒角速度模糊 PID 控制的方法,设计了系统的模糊 PID 控制器并进行了实验.结果表明,模糊 PID 控制器具有良好的动态性能,并对滚筒负荷突变具有较强的适应性,其控制品质优于常规的模糊控制.
根據收割機脫粒滾筒的控製特點,提齣瞭實現脫粒滾筒角速度模糊 PID 控製的方法,設計瞭繫統的模糊 PID 控製器併進行瞭實驗.結果錶明,模糊 PID 控製器具有良好的動態性能,併對滾筒負荷突變具有較彊的適應性,其控製品質優于常規的模糊控製.

The control of a combine cylinder was put forward and discussed in this paper , and the thres-hing cylinder's control approximate models were given.The simulation model and controller of a combine cylinder were set up applying matlab /simulink and fuzzy logic toolbox, which can realize the simulation to control system by fuzzy control, PID control and fuzzy self -tuning PID control.As a result, the better dynamic response is fuzzy self -tuning PID control and the anticipated effect is achieved .
