高校学生公寓是开展党建和思想政治教育工作的重要阵地,高校一直在努力拓宽公寓学生党建和思想政治教育工作的新途径、新方法.但实际情况与高校发展的客观要求仍存在一些差距.文章分析了学生公寓党建和思想政治教育工作的现状,并从组织机构、基层管理体制、组织建设等方面对学生公寓内党建和思想政治教育工作方法进行探析.
