文章使用丽水市高校近几年的毕业生就业统计数据,对人力资本与大学生的就业概率、起薪水平之间的关系进行了实证研究.分析表明人力资本越大,就业越好越容易;反之越困难.人力资本对大学生起薪水平起决定性作用,人力资本是基石,是获得就业机会的“敲门砖”.

In recent years, graduate employment statistics using the colleges and universities in Lishui city, the empirical study on the relationship between probability of employment, salary level of human capital and college students.Analysis shows that the human capital is greater, the employment is better and more easily, conversely,more difficult.Human capital plays a decisive role to the college students' salary level, human capital is the base, is a"astepping-stone"to successful obtain employment opportunities.
