运用《中国城市居民主观幸福感量表》,对珠海市265名中年妇女进行问卷调查,结果表明,参加体育锻炼的中年妇女主观幸福感高于不参加体育锻炼的中年妇女,在主观幸福感总分、成长进步体验、身体健康体验、心理健康体验、自我接受体验和人际适应体验的比较上存在显著差异.在锻炼频率和锻炼时间上,参加体育锻炼的中年妇女主观幸福感存在显著差异.
운용《중국성시거민주관행복감량표》,대주해시265명중년부녀진행문권조사,결과표명,삼가체육단련적중년부녀주관행복감고우불삼가체육단련적중년부녀,재주관행복감총분、성장진보체험、신체건강체험、심리건강체험、자아접수체험화인제괄응체험적비교상존재현저차이.재단련빈솔화단련시간상,삼가체육단련적중년부녀주관행복감존재현저차이.
Using"Chinese urban resident’s subjective well-being scale simple list",to carried on the questionnaire survey with zhuhai 265 name middle-aged women’s. The result shows that:Take part in physical exercises of middle-aged women's subjective well-being is higher than not to participate in sports exercise of middle-aged women. Take part in physical exercises of middle-aged women and not take part in physical exercise of middle-aged woman in subjective well-being scores, growth progress experience, body healthy experience, mental health experience, self-acceptance experience and interpersonal adaptability experience significant differences of comparison.
