职业院校是我国职业教育的主体形式,而校企合作机制是职业院校实现“校企合作、工学结合”办学模式的保障,也是一个国家教育、科技和经济三者之间内在发展规律的反映.本文总结了校企合作出现的问题,并针对校企合作中的问题,提出高职建筑类专业在“三方联动、校企共建”校企合作机制的一些具体改革措施,构建了校企合作长效机制.

Occupation colleges is the main form of our country's occupation education, and school-enterprise cooperation mechanism is the occupation education to achieve the"school-enterprise cooperation, work-study combination"mode of running guarantee, reflection is also a national education, technology and economy, three inherent law. This paper summarizes the school-enterprise cooperation problems, and in view of the problems of school-enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Majors in architecture,"three linkage school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,"the specific reform measures, the establishment of long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation.
