农民创业是农民向非农产业转移的一种重要模式,不仅能提高农村劳动力的就业效率,还能引导农村劳动力创造更多的价值,进而从整体上带动经济增长以及其他一些社会效应.大量的文献强调创业者资源禀赋在创业过程中的重要作用,认为创业者所具有的资源禀赋是创业行为过程的关键资源.创业者在创业过程中的一系列理性决策与其创业前拥有的资源禀赋密切相关,资源禀赋各个方面的差异会影响创业决策的实施.那么,农民创业者资源禀赋对其创业决策会产生什么样的影响呢?本文在对相关文献进行系统梳理的基础上探讨了资源禀赋、创业机会识别和创业决策的概念内涵以及研究理论,构建了一个以创业机会识别为中介变量的理论模型,用以分析农民创业者资源禀赋对其创业决策的影响机制,并以此为基础提出了一些理论假设,最后对整个研究进行了总结,并指出了未来研究的方向.

Farmer entrepreneurship is an important mode of transfer of farmers to non-agricultural sectors, not only can improve the efficiency of the rural labor employment, but also to guide the rural labor force to create more value and then driven from the overall economic growth as well as other social effects. Extensive literature emphasizes the important role of entrepreneur resource endowment in the entrepreneurial process. Entrepreneurs with the resources endowment is the key resource of entrepreneurship process. Entrepreneur in the entrepreneurial process has a series of rational decision-making and its business before resource endowments are closely related. Resource endowments individual differences will affect the implementation of entrepreneurial decision. Then, the farmer entrepreneur resources on entrepreneurial decision will produce what kind of impact? In this paper, on the basis of relevant literature to systematical-ly analyze, we explored the resources endowment, entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial decision concept conno-tation and research theory, and build a theoretical model of an entrepreneurial opportunity recognition as mediating variables. In order to analyze the farmer entrepreneur resources on entrepreneurial decision influence mechanism and based on this we put forward some hy-pothesis. Finally, we summarized the entire study and pointed out the direction of future research.
