随着我国经济社会的迅速发展,大型复杂项目不断涌现.大型复杂项目具有工期长、规模大和投资大等特点,需要多方共同协作才能有效完成.针对大型复杂项目建设的复杂性和特殊性,合作伙伴的科学选择是形成战略联盟以及保证项目顺利开展的关键.为了科学的选择大型复杂项目的合作伙伴,首先,对国内外战略联盟和项目合作伙伴的选择研究文献进行了综述,根据项目合作伙伴选择的理论研究和实践特征,构建了包含企业层、项目层和企业关系层三个层次11个指标的大型复杂项目战略联盟合作伙伴评价指标体系.其次,通过采用信息熵原理和层次分析法进行组合赋权,实现了主观赋权和客观赋权的统一,建立了灰色关联度评价模型.最后通过地铁项目建设的合作伙伴选择实例验证该方法具有较强的科学性和实用性.

With the rapid development of China's economy and society, more and more large-scale complex projects are constant-ly emerging. A large-scale complex project, which has the characteristics of a long time limit, large scale and great investment, needs the cooperation from many parties so that it can be achieved effectively. Selecting cooperative partners scientifically is the point to form a strategic alliance and carry out a project smoothly owing to the complexity and particularity of the large-scale complex project. In order to choose the cooperative partners of a large-scale complex project scientifically, first of the research literatures about forming the strategic alliance and selecting cooperative partners at home and abroad are reviewed. According to the theoretical study and practical characteristics of selecting the cooperative partners of the project, this paper puts forward the evaluation index system for cooperative partners in strategic alliance of large-scale complex project, and establishes the grey relational model based on the combined weight by using the information entropy and AHP method. In the end, the method raised above proves to be scientific and practical through the example of the partner selection of subway project.
