@@@@Systematic battle based on information system raised new demands for the construction of strategic projection ca-pabilities. This paper puts forward that the construction process should be high-performance,the command system should be normative,the estimation of the strategic projection effect should be accurate,and the civil-military integration should be in-sistent.
