军民融合是世界主要强国的通行做法,是我国长期的战略指导方针.在交通运输领域科技创新上,走军民融合的发展道路,是对军民融合这一重要思想的继承和发展,能够更好地整合资源,探索全新的军、地科研合作模式,实现强强联合的资源对接,搭建信息共享的交流平台,实现互惠互利的双赢目标.在分析交通运输领域科技创新军民融合发展作用意义的基础上,提出交通运输领域科技创新军民融合发展的指导思想和重点内容,并从完善创新机制、共建创新平台、深化融合发展等3个方面探讨了交通运输领域科技创新军民融合发展的建设路径.

As to technology innovation in traffic and transportation field,adhering to civil and military integration means inheritance and development through which we can get a better integration of resources,brand-new cooperation mode between military and civil research units,resource exchange during win-win cooperation,sharing information platform and win-win situation for mutual benefit.
