Cultural difference is one of the key factors that affects the outsourcing practice between China and English -speaking Countries.In this thesis, combining the experience of some senior experts , the author focuses on basic cultural differ-ence in software outsourcing practice between China and English -speaking countries.The paper raises 3 pieces of advice on how to cultivate the cultural adaptability of software outsourcing practitioners , which will help them improve the soft power of Chinese and western culture.
