介绍了一种凸轮的参数化设计方法.基于解析法设计凸轮轮廓曲线的数学模型,以VB为主体开发语言,实现了凸轮轮廓绘制,并直接导出坐标值,再利用MasterCAM读取坐标值,最终实现了凸轮的数控自动编程和模拟加工.此方法大大简化了凸轮的设计计算,有利于实现凸轮的CAD/CAM一体化.

This article describes a method of parametric design of cam. The main ideal is to design the mathematical model of cam profile based on Analytical, using VB as the main development language, to achieve cam profile drawing, and directly export the coordinate values, then read coordinate values by MasterCAM, ultimate realization CNC automatic programming and simulation processing of the cam. This method greatly simplifies the design and calculation of the cam, beneficial to computer aided instruction, more conducive to the realization of the cam CAD/CAM integration.
