以1,4-双(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯(6FAPB)为含氟二胺单体,均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)和1,2,3,4-环丁烷四酸二酐(CBDA)为二酐单体,经低温溶液缩聚反应得到聚酰胺酸,再经热酰亚胺化处理制备出含氟共聚聚酰亚胺(CPI)薄膜.采用红外(IR)、紫外(UV-Vis)、溶解性测试等对CPI进行结构与性能表征,考察两种二酐单体的不同物质的量之比对共聚聚酰亚胺光学性能和溶解性的影响.结果表明:随着脂环二酐CBDA摩尔配比的增加,CPI薄膜在410 nm处的光透过率逐渐增加,薄膜颜色逐渐变浅,溶解性有所改善.

Polyamide acids were synthesized by solution polycondensation reaction at low temperature us-ing 1,4-bis(4-amino-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy)benzene(6FAPB) as diamine monomer, pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) and 1,2,3,4-cyclobutanetrtracarboxylic dianhydride(CBDA) as dianhydride monomers. Then a se-ries of fluorinated copolymer polyimide(CPI) films were prepared by imidization process. The structure and properties of the CPI were characterized by IR, UV-Vis and solubility test; and the effects of the mole ratio of two dianhydride monomers on the optical properties and solubility were investigated. The results show that with the increase of the mole ratio of CBDA, the transmittance of the CPI films at 410nm increases gradually, the color turns light, and the solubility is improved.
